Kevan Jon Black Rococo Feather Bassett Coat. Features edge to edge wrap style with all over feather look black metallic fabric. The sleeves widen at the cuffs and there are side hidden pockets. The coat is lined in black and comes with an optional fabric belt that you can use to wrap and cinch in your waist.
